CHI FIVE ELEMENT QIGONG
Tai Chi (yin/yang) 5 Element (wood, fire, earth, metal, and water)
Qigong is a self healing medical Qigong developed by Taoist Qigong Master
Binhui He. It is based on the
theory that human beings exist within the dynamics of Yin and Yang.
The skill involves the use of still meditation as a means of
transferring energy to the five internal organs (liver, heart, spleen, lungs,
and kidneys) through the five sense organs (eyes, tongue, mouth, nose, and
ears). There are also other
meditative techniques used. This
is a complete system of skills that can be used either for its curative
effects with certain ailments (chronic illnesses) or its preventative effects
in maintaining overall health.
The human self healing system includes three sub systems:
Immune System, the
ability to fight off infection and prevent illness at its normal and strong
the ability to heal the body as needed when it is properly stimulated -
Self Regeneration capabilities, the ability to repair damages to the body by new
growth of the necessary cells, tissue, or organs - cellular regeneration.
There are many styles of Qigong exercises, practices, and therapies.
Qigong is generally considered a self training method or process using
Qi (energy) and Yi (intention and mind) cultivation to achieve optimal health
of both mind and body.
